How Much Does a Party Cost?
    $100.00 per hour with a two hour minimum and may be scheduled for longer periods than two hours.
    Discounts are offered to church groups/ school groups.

When is the Party Palace Open?
    We are open by appointment only.
    Parties may be scheduled seven days a week.

How and When Do I Schedule a Party?
    Each party must be scheduled in advance.
    If you would like to book a Friday thru Sunday party please call 8-10 weeks in advance.
    Please call (606) 878-9511 or stop by the facility (most evenings and weekends) to book a party.

Do I Need to Place a Deposit?
    A deposit of 50 % of the total price must be made in order to hold that time/date.
    The deposit must be made within one week of scheduling to guarantee your reservation.
    Deposits are fully refundable, if cancellation is made at least 2 weeks prior to the scheduled party time.

What is Included with each Party?
    Access to the Gymnasium and Dining Area.
    Each party is private and may include up to 50 total people.

    The Party Palace does not provide food or beverages.
    Any food/drink of your choice may be brought (Alcoholic beverages not permitted).
    A freezer is located in the lobby and each dining room is equipped with electrical outlets for crock pots, chafing dishes, etc.

How early can I arrive?
    Each party room will be available for decoration 30 minutes prior to your scheduled starting time.
    If you arrive early --- you must remain in the dining room until your scheduled time.
    You will not be permitted on the gym floor early.

Do I have to Clean Up After the Party?
    All garbage must be placed in the provided bins.
    Our staff will clean and sanitize the party room and gym area after each party.
    All items in the gym must be returned to their original place.
    (example:  twister board, basketballs, corn hole bags, etc.)

Is there an Age/Weight Range for the Inflatables?
    The Party Palace provides activities for all age groups ranging from toddler to adult.
    The toddler inflatable is specifically designed for infants and toddlers only.
    The Inflatables have a maximum weight limit of 350 lbs per person.
    Only 1 person on the Velcro Wall at a time.

Do I need to bring my own karaoke CD’s or DVD’s?
    There is a limited selection of karaoke CD’s located at the front desk.
    We strongly encourage guests to bring their own cd’s of interest.
    No DVD’s are available.  Please bring your own dvd of interest.
    Each Party Room has a TV equipped with Dish Network satellite service.

What if there is Inclement Weather?
    In case of inclement weather the party can be re-scheduled to an open date/time or may be refunded.
